Welcome Upheaval

I haven't been emailing, posting, messaging or anything lately because I have been busy.....









MOVING INTO MY NEW OFFICE!

Augh! So excited. MY OFFICE comes complete with window looking out onto the brick building next door - not as glamorous as my previous view of the windmill and plaza but still not bad. I also now have...wait for it...A DOOR!! In all my years here, I have never had a door. Never. Its a good thing.

We also made some arrangements here and purchased a new printer / scanner / faxer / copier / coffeemaker / breadmaker. Okay, the last two maybe not, but from the description this machine can do it all. This new piece of equipment is not residing on my desk, but because it has arrived, I got a hand-me-down printer. I no longer have to jump up and run to the printer on the other side of the office just to get stuff I printed off. You cannot imagine how immeasurably happy this makes me.

Its very pleasant in here. Somewhat quieter. Less interrupted. Different color walls (had green before and now have off white).

I also have a set of filing cabinets for my organizational pleasure. And you KNOW I love that!

I've been so excited about the new digs, I actually have been cutting my lunch hours a bit short just so I can get back to the happy place that is MY OFFICE!

After you have all finished rolling your eyes at me, I invite you to stop by MY OFFICE. I'll treat you to a nice comfy chair on the other side of my desk, fresh oxygen courtesy the green plant in the corner, a nifty view of the sunlight bouncing off the bricks from next door, and a cup of coffee (from the actual coffeemaker in the kitchenette). I'll even close the door so you too can appreciate the solitude I am now able to enjoy.
