I have a gig tonight. That still sounds so ridiculous when I say that. Tonight I am the only singer for a majority of the songs. Even if others are singing, I am the lead on all the others. You would think I would be nervous about this. But I'm not. Not a bit.
However, I am nervous about Sunday morning. I picked out 4 of the songs we are singing Sunday morning and practice was a little shaky yesterday. It kinda worried me. I would like to say "I'm sure it will be fine". But I am NOT sure it will be fine. Combining a piano with a bunch of guys who like to rock out on guitars is just not the wisest course of action. But its too late now. We just have to tough it out and hope we come out of the service in one piece.
And for anyone who wants to know, we are officialy 13 weeks along in our pregnancy. Jellybean is busy making the waistline on my clothes very uncomfortable. Good stuff.
