Coffee Break

Maddie and I attended our first Coffee Break of the year on Wednesday.  She was very excited to go and didn't even give me a backward glance as she went into her classroom.  It was strange to go somewhere without Reagan - especially Coffee Break.  I am glad we had her along last year to help ease the transition to the Little Lambs class for Maddie.  We don't do a study on the first day - just eat and visit with the other ladies.  We will be studying Esther this year.  It's really nice to get out of the house once a week, but more than that I like digging into the Word and discussing with the other women what we can apply to our own lives out of Scripture.  Incidentally, the Old Testament books we cover are often the most fascinating and life-applicable.  The stories there are so rich and there is so much to learn about God's character and His heart.  Here are a few pictures from our morning.
