My Ladybug Song in A2

As many of you know, I am attempting to learn to play the guitar. This is taking some serious time and effort (and discipline) on my part...but there is progress. Last night I was "practicing" - to the normal person this sounds like a whole bunch of noise. I found a new favorite chord. Its called A2. I liked it so much I decided to write a song - using only that chord. Just call me Keith Urban. I needed a subject for my song and the little ladybug crawling on the wall was the perfect muse.

J - I wrote a song!
B - (staring at the computer screen, raises an eyebrow)
J - Wanna hear it?
J - Sure ya do.
J - (loudly) MR. LADYBUG, CRAWLING ON MY WALL
B - (jumps out of his chair, RUNS to the closet to get the flyswatter, tries to kill the ladybug so I will stop singing my new song)
J - (very loudly) MR. LADYBUG, BRIAN'S GOING TO KILL YOU
B - (successfully smashes the ladybug and shows me the squashedness to prove it so I will stop singing)

I laughed. It was one of those laughs that makes you realize you need to blow your nose. It was one of those laughs that makes you realize you need to pee. It was one of those laughs that puts you in danger of falling off the couch. Good stuff.

Despite how unbelievably irritating my song must have been, A2 is a lovely chord. I highly recommend it.
