New level of insanity obtained! Come peer into my closets!

I was trying to explain to my Bible study group on Saturday that I have OCD. They didn't believe me. If they looked in my closets, they would change their minds. I feel a lot better now. Except for one thing. Christmas decorations are an outrageous pain except for one to two months out of the year! I have 6 boxes full. This is absolutely too many. They fill a closet. This upsets me.

Other than that, I purged so much JUNK. As many of you know, I am not a "keeper" - I am a purger. I threw away all 50 extra copies of our wedding program. Of course I kept a few for posterity, but the other 48 are on their way to the curb. If I had a digital camera I would take a picture of my hall closet just to prove myself. Instead I will just say that I took every piece of tissue paper, carefully smoothed and folded it, and then color-coordinated it. THAT one got me a "you need help" look from my husband. He's pretty good about letting me go nuts with organizing for a weekend. He only requested that I give him a tour when I was finished so that he would know where to find stuff. He he he. What a good sport. He even baked a cake to celebrate me not spending the weekend on the couch.

Bible study on Saturday. We laughed. We talked. We cried. We drank coffee. It just doesn't get any better than that folks. I also visited a sweet little old lady from my church - Tena. She's pretty cool. I'll be seeing her about twice a month or more. Whatever I can manage and whatever she can handle of me.

In other news I slept incorrectly or something. If you happen to see me walking down the street, which most of you won't, I might look slightly crooked. My neck is out of whack. This really throws off my intense exercise schedule. Oh wait. I don't have one. I'm burning enough calories just saying "Ow ow ow ow ow" every time I sit down or stand up.

I should also mention that I creamed Brian in a game of monopoly this weekend. Some of you know how irritating I can be when I WIN. Brian's patience with me this weekend was remarkable! How DOES he do it??!!

You aren't as bad as my mom. You may have a closet full of Christmas decorations, but my mom has a ROOM full of christmas decorations. She collects snowmen and she adds to the collection every year. She is crazy like that! :) So basically when Mike comes home he sleeps in the Christmas store room! :)
